Awareness On Senior Abuse
Educating seniors, caregivers, professionals, and the public about elder/senior abuse is critical to enhancing prevention because Seniors are among the most vulnerable members of Canadian society.
As a grassroots social purpose Charity, KAF takes active steps toward prevention and assists seniors experiencing abuse or at-risk of abuse.
Kingdom Acts Foundation offers regular workshops, remote programming, in-person information sessions, volunteering opportunities, transportation, home support, groceries shopping, counselling, and other forms of support to avoid social isolation.
A community that ignores and ill-treats its seniors will find it challenging to progress; hence KAF Seniors Support Services operates and facilitates several programming designed to provide protections to seniors against all forms of Seniors abuse, such as
